Gel Polish
Gel is a long lasting polish that we guarantee for seven days. If your gel chips within seven days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please be prepare to let us know which salon you went to, the day you came and the technician that worked on you.
Punctuality
Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be lateto an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.
Personal Items
Aura is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged during services. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
Payment Methods
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Aura Gift Cards are acceptable tenders for all services and products. All other forms of payments, including checks, will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit or gift cards. We do, however, provide an on-site ATM machine for your convenience.
Gift Cards
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Lastly, gift cards expire two years from the date of purchase.
